3) in-flight radar introduced
it will work since 1943-01 for heavy fighters (110/410, beau, mossie, ki-45, pe-3) with interception weapon kits (i.e. no bombs or rockets)
exclusion only for pe-3 with rockets, since pe-3 does not have any other configurations yet.
radar will work only above 1500m (5000ft)
maximal detection range is 19.6km for heavy bomber. with several targets within radar ray, the most bright target is detected.
detectable targets must be above 90m (300ft)
radar sector is ±30° in all sides, but at long distances swept area is narrowing (see picture)
radar is working 4 times per minute and detected target is described by your on-board radar operator via wbchat.
medium and heavy bombers receive warning about radar emission of an interceptor
